Also known as Anchorage International Airport, it is located 6 km southeast of downtown Anchorage, in the state of Alaska, United States. It is considered the 6th busiest airport in the world for cargo traffic, after Memphis, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul and Paris-Charles de Gaulle, most of the major US airlines pass through Anchorage to Asia.
